If your item is damaged, please send photographs of the damage to the item and packaging so we can thoroughly investigate it.
We'll push a replacement to the front of the queue and get it re-sent at no cost to you.
Problems With Illustration:
Be aware that the photo you upload is the only way we have of gathering the details of the people in your portrait.
If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution. If you're unsure if your photo meets the photo guides requirements, please email us and we will confirm this for you.
It is your responsibility to ensure the photo you submit is:
- High resolution (so we can include details)
- Shows accurate colors
If you have any concerns, or would like to see your art before its shipped - please contact us with this request before receiving notification that your item was sent to print.
As the item is fully personalised to you we cannot accept returns for unwanted gifts/dislike of the arts style.
We have provided many REAL examples of our artwork throughout the website, and any art you order will closely resemble this style. Please ensure you are happy with this art style before placing your order.
If you request to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, there is no charge.
After 24 hours, our team will have started processing your order so there will be a $20 cancellation fee to cover the associated costs.
As the item is fully personalised, we can only issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as non-delivery of item.
